Overview

This universal serial joystick controller is an excellent choice for users requiring simple, accurate, and reliable serial control for PTZ cameras. With support for VISCA, Pelco-P, and Pelco-D protocols, the BG-CJ-RS is compatible with most PTZ cameras on the market.

Precise Control

The high-quality joystick of the BG-CJ-RS provides accurate PTZ control for live events and video productions. The BG-CJ-RS can control up to 255 cameras and supports up to 255 camera presets. Fine tuning to the image is made easy with manual focus and iris settings.

The high-contrast LCD screen provides access to menu settings for quick and easy setup. The BG-CJ-RS offers a high degree of versatility with support for RS485, RS422, and RS232.

Interfaces

  1. RS-232: Use RS-232 to 8-pin Mini-DIN cable to connect 1st camera and Mini-DIN visca cables for cascadable connections.
  2. RS-422: Use RS-422 port to control your cameras over long distances up to 328ft.
  3. TXD Indicator: Flashes green when the unit is transmitting commands.
  4. RXD Indicator: Flashes green when the unit is receiving responses.
  5. PW Indicator: Illuminates Red when the unit is powered.
