HDBaseT compatible switchers

BZBGEAR has a number of HDBaseT switchers! HDBaseT is an all-in-one connectivity standard that enables users to send video, audio, control, power, and a network connection to a distance of 100m/328ft over a single category cable. Our HDbaseT-compliant switchers will have these capabilities along with the amazing features they’re already equipped with!

Presentation Switcher

A presentation switcher acts as a hub for multiple devices and peripherals. The purpose of this is to be able to easily manage and switch between these devices from one source. When a presentation switcher has the scaling ability, that means the presentation switcher can automatically scale outputs quickly ensuring that your presentation is using the best and most compatible resolution.

A presentation switcher can either be wireless or wired. BZBGEAR wireless presentation switchers allow users to connect their devices to the switcher via a Bluetooth connection and the host will then be able to manage and switch between the connected sources. On the other hand, a wired presentation switcher simply uses wired connections instead of Bluetooth. When choosing between the two, it comes down to preference.

Matrix Switcher

A matrix switcher is a device that allows users to manage multiple sources and displays at once, from one place; whether that be the matrix switcher itself, the IR remote control, RS-232 commands, a web interface or the compatible BZBGEAR software.

BZBGEAR matrix switchers support different output formats. Users can choose from a 4x2 matrix switcher, 4x4 matrix switcher, 8x8 matrix switcher and a 16x16 matrix switcher. What do those numbers mean? If a matrix switcher supports 4x2, that means it can share 4 sources to 2 different TVs. Then the user can switch between those 4 sources on both TVs.

Long Range Matrix Kit

A long range matrix kit performs the same task as a standard matrix switcher but is capable of extending HDMI signals longer distances. Standard Long Range Matrix Kits are able to extend an HDMI signal up to 328 feet. When using an HDBaseT compliant long range matrix kit, users can extend their HDMI signals up to 394 feet.

Production Switcher

A production switcher allows users to easily switch between camera sources, add transitions, implement graphics and manage other aspects of their production from the device. Additionally, BZBGEAR production switchers come equipped with integrated audio mixers, allowing users to manage and mix their audio sources as well.

BZBGEAR production switchers also come with integrated capture cards that offer a USB-C output for recording or streaming via PC.

KVM Switch
